Polyamide inks

  • • inks for printing on P.P. woven sacks for Cement, Fertilizer, Detergent and other Industries. Bag printing is done by Flexo Process.
    • This ink has been carefully formulated to print woven sack. Adequate tape adhesion and also excellent scratch resistance result may be obtained even the woven sacks are untreated.
    • It is a specially designed Polyamide based printing ink system for surface printing only.
    • Print Process: FLEXO
    • Substrates: Applicable on Corona Treated / Untreated P P Fabric.

Concentration inks

  • • Rotogravure and flexographic color concentrate.
    color concentrate are range of solvent based concentrate for rotogravure and flexographic printing. Typically used for different substrates. They exhibit excellent print qualities and adhesion on modern high speed presses after reduce with technical varnish and solvent which recommended for the type of printing machine and type of film.

    – Light fastness (Blue wool Scale) : 4-8 depending on the colour
    – Non volatile content % : Colors 33 ± 2 % White 70 ± 2 %
    – Pigment contant : Colors 20 ± 1 % White 60 ± 1 %
